Parents of Preschoolers (POP)
Tuesdays & Wednesdays

Foster/Adoptive Parent Support Group
2nd Monday of Each Month
5:30pm-7:30pm
Open to licensed foster/adoptive parents, this free group promotes kinship and support. Monthly meetings include guest speakers, special events, dinner, and limited childcare. For more information, call Family Center Director at 203-756-8317, ext. 3029, or

Focus on K.I.D.S.
Days/Times Vary
K.I.D.S. stands for the knowledge and insight parents gain that allows them to make good decisions that lead to real solutions. This program is designed to help high-conflict divorcing or divorced parents give their children the care they need. Days and times are arranged based on parents' schedules. Parent Education Program (PEP)
Days/Times Vary
Required by the State of Connecticut since 1994, the Parenting Education Program (PEP), is a six-hour course for parents who are in court over divorce, child support, custody or other family matters that involve children under eighteen years of age. This course teaches parents how to help their children during these difficult and stressful times.

Family Services of Greater Waterbury, Inc. is excited to announce
the opening of its new office location on 16 Hillside
Avenue in Naugatuck which will house behavioral health services, the Empowering People for Success program, the Naugatuck Social Service program, Parents of Preschoolers program, and the Intensive Family Reunification Program.
