Executive Director's Message
|
It is through a shared vision of the Board of Directors, staff and volunteers passionate about our work that we are able to focus on positively impacting lives - one person, one child, one family at a time. Through our strategic planning process, we continually evaluate our services, programs, mission, vision and core values in order to better meet the needs of the people and the communities we serve.
Our Leadership Team has the responsibility of establishing the Agency's Annual Goals which are directly related to our current Strategic Plan. We are determined to remain mission driven and look for creative ways to help decrease reliance on state funding. As always, many thanks to our dedicated Board of Directors, staff, volunteers and stakeholders who are critical in helping us achieve our goals and work tirelessly to build upon the breadth and depth of our professional and financial resources to assure stability and continuity of our work.
